The culture system mainly consists of the following three parts:

-The computer and its peripheral devices, which can identify specimens by barcodes, calculate and analyze the bacterial growth curves, determine the positive and negative results, record and print the results, as well as conduct data storage and analysis.

-The supporting reagents and equipment.

Working Principle:

- High-precision photoelectric monitoring system based on non-invasive optical detection.
- Photoelectric sensors collect reflected light intensity data every minute, transmitting in real time to the central analysis system.
- Three-level filtering algorithm processes data, integrating ten readings every ten minutes to generate microbial growth trends.
- Real-time regression analysis calculates growth rate and light intensity change acceleration, ensuring continuous cultivation monitoring.
